I have this constant heavy feeling at the base of my neck and my eyes keep going!

Question: I have this constant heavy feeling at the base of my neck and my eyes keep going out of focus and I see double?
I do have a spine problem and had surgery a year ago when they replaced a disc in my neck and built another one up as I have degeneration of the spine. I live with headaches and back pain. I also seem to have a short term memory right now but maybe its my age. 57.

Answers:

I don't think that the 2 problems are related and to have short term memory loss at 57 is unusual, so please go to your doctor and have him/her give you a thorough examination, especially if you have a degenerative spine problem.

Your spine problem's already affecting the nerves of the spinal column and this connects to our brain. The nerve endings of the upper vortex are being affected by the movement of the spine which is why you lose focus and see double. Go have it checked by a chiropractor. You need to be diagnosed on this to check if the disc had been affecting the nerves of the back portion of the head.
