How can i make sure that i sleep well tonight?!


Question:

How can i make sure that i sleep well tonight?

i haven't had proper sleep in the past few days. i've been sleeping at decent hours but i keep waking up throughtout the night and i wake up feeling like a train wreck. any suggestions as to why this is happening? i'm also studying for a few massive exams that are coming up and i really can't afford to be crabby. help plz!!

Stress? Anxiety? Obviously there are stressful factors in your life right now. You have to be honest with yourself and admit that you feel a bit of strain right now.

Try to relax before going to bed. (I.E no studying.) Walk TV for a half an hour, go for a walk and get some fresh evening air, drink some warm milk, dress comfortabley for bed, try to sleep on your back (better airflow for sleep and no alkward sleeping positions at night.), maybe work out a few hours beforehand (not right before, the adrenaline will not help you sleep.).

Too much of anything is not good for you, even studying. :) Good luck on those exams.
