My boyfriend suffers from heartburn....?

.....and a couple of times a month or so he vomits, once quite badly. He uses Zantac and Pepsid 2. Does anyone have any advice on this. We went to the doctor and she said it could be hiatus hernia or an ulcer.

I think I would go back to the Doctor, and have some test ran, to make sure, just what he does have. I know, I know, men do not like going to the Doctor. You know, he might be having acid reflux, or even heart problems.
