Your eye twitching is completely normal, it is just a muscle spasm that can occur on any part of your body. there is nothing to worry about. Most myths are wrong, I do not know it personally, but my eye twitches on occasion and I asked my doctor and he explained about the muscle spasms. It is basically just your muscle releasing tension.
