Soccer injury cause of my painful muscles everyday?... help!!?!
Question:
Soccer injury cause of my painful muscles everyday?... help!!?
i'm not sure what's really wrong, but i just want to get answers to see if this isn't so serious before consulting a doctor.
i don't know why but whenever I walk, let's say around the mall or a few places, my leg muscles become incredibly painful when i get home. i am a soccer player, but last year i injured my knee. since then, i have been playing on and off. recently i stopped playing completely. i don't know if this may be the cause of it. i don't know if i have weak knees or if muscle atrophy occurred which made my muscles less stronger and led to painful muscles. i really don't know what's the real deal. it's usually th entire leg that's painful, including the injured knee. maybe someone can help me understand... please?

yes i went throught the michael owen thing with the crutched for 2 months and all, but it was not as serious as his though. i didn't tear any ligaments.
so basically, what i need to know is that should i try to build up my muscles again by doing some fitness work or play soccer again... i dunno, im really confused.

Female friend of mine played one game of soccer with her workmates and ended up doing a "Michael Owen" to her knee. She was on crutches for 2 months and has been using a stick since then (happened last Sept). That was a ligament. It sounds more like you've damaged a sciatic nerve if you have pain like that. Not " playing and making things worse" is good. Why are you on here and not giving your Dr a difficult time?
