Back and chest pains, not heart attack?!

Back and chest pains, not heart attack?

i no i should go see a doctor but i dotn want to go if i can get an answer here! every so often i used to get shooting pains down my spin an a pain in my chest, the pain is a split second type that shoots down my spine an at the same time hurts in my chest kinda between my boobs but right inside! if any1 has any idea what it may be caused by please let me no, if not then i guess i should make an appointment with the gp? thanx in advance!

not food related (indegestion or heartburn) as not eaten anything yet 2day!!

You should know first and foremost that women present differently in an Heart attack. Pain can be on the right side, in the neck, upper back, etc. If you are having Chest pain, you should go to the ER. Now, this pain sounds like you have a pinched nerve. Go to your primary doc and get it check out
