What's best for a gunshot to the pinky?
My boyfriend got shot in the pinky like 3 months ago and it shattered his bone. they sent him home with a brace on his finger and he has worn that brace but his finger is crooked. he seems to believe that its because its swollen the reason that it looks like that. I say that he need surgery but he's afraid to see a doctor. Lately his finger has been aching and he just want to be doped up but I don't like that idea. i want to do something to help him and his finger so I tried to help with physical therapy and its not working.. balls, vibrators don't help either. I dont like seeing him so miserable so if there are any doctors, nurses, physical therapist or anyone that knows about this stuff. Can you please give me some suggestions on what to do go help him. that bone didn't heal properly so it's going to stay crooked unless he gets it fixed. as far as the pain goes, that's what happens when you get shot. he should be happy the whole thing didn't come off. it must have been a small caliber weapon.
