How do I get rid of ankle pain?!


Question:

How do I get rid of ankle pain?

Everytime I play a competitive soccer match, after running for about 30 minutes, my ankles become very painful and it hinders my movement. By the way, I play am an U-14 soccer player.

Anyone has a remedy for this?
