Question: Why and how do we get pins & needles?
Answers:

Most commonly it's due to poor circulation.Why? Most times it's due to having poor circulation.It's related to medical problems/issues.Or,sometimes having blood flow restricted to certain areas of the body.Which again...poor circulation.
