Sore muscles???
i had my first day of practice for the season and im already feeling sore and i know it'll hit me in the morning (i have practice tomorrow too). what can i do tonight to prevent soreness tomorrow and relieve it today?
Answers:
Get some epsom salts from pharmacy or grocery store the magnesium relieves muscles and cramping too pour them in a hot bath and soak!
Also you can take magnesium tablets (from health food shop or vitamin supplier) they are wonderful! Take them daily forever they r good for you! Especially with your training.
