I just got a fairly deep gouge on my right pointer finger. I have also been having very bad insomnia lately, and my doctor recomended using Melatonin. Would it be bad to have melatonin tylenol and a gouge in my hand? would it thin my blood platelets and make my gouge bleed again? i finally got it to stop, it bleed about 4-5 ounces, it was really bad
