I need help with my foot scratch?

Okay, Just a few minutes ago I was outside. There was a nail on a board, and I kinda scratched my foot on it. There's no hole, it is bleeding just a little bit, and the nail wasen't rusty, but I cleaned and gave some ointment to the scratch. Will I be okay? I really don't want to get an infection and get tetnus and the shot.

You should be fine. You did all the right things. Just keep it covered for a day under a bandage and if you bathe, redress. If you had a tetanus shot already, you're good for ten years until you need the booster. Indications of infection would include pus of any color and unusual swelling and redness after a couple of days.
