What does this sound like to you?

Ok, so. Yesterday me and my girl went to a park and went hiking. We were messing around and stuff and we got all muddy. So we decided to clean ourselves in the little river that was running down in the park.

So when my girl got home, she started feeling really sick. She think it's food poisoning. She also thinks it has something to do with the water.

She feels really weak, she can barely walk, and she is sick to her stomach. Her back and arms are also weak. She just feels like she wants to puke. It just started yesterday, and it's continuing on to today, but she said she feels better today, but still is very weak. What can this be? Anyone have a slight idea? Could it be food poisoning or somethin else? Thanks much.

Man if i wanted to take her to a doctor, i wouldn't have asked you guys. I hate hospitals and doctors. I don't wanna go there and find out that it's something simple, i wanna see if it's something dangerous.

it might be a bacteria from the water it will blow over in a few days tell her to take tylonol pm to sleep and pepto-bismol for the upset stomach okay
