Hysterectomy or not??
I am thinking about getting a hysterectomy. I am done having kids, so thats not an issue. I have mild to sever back pain, my Dr. wants me to go to PT 4 times a week before doing an MRI, X-ray says I have degenerative bone arthritis. Anyone know if having a hyster would help with back pain?? I really don't have the time for PT, so just taking meds that only mask the pain temporarily.

I am actually already in the process of having the hyster this winter because of other concerns my Dr. has. Not because of back pain. I was just wondering if it would help at all.

No it will not help with the pain, but it will play hell with your emotions.
