What's wrong with my foot?!


Question:

What's wrong with my foot?

I woke from a nap thirty mins ago. My foot was fine before i went to sleep but when i woke up and stepped down it's extreme pain. and when i look at it there a bump. it's not itchy like a bite though. whatts wrong?
