I cut myself and i need help?

i have been cutting myself for almost 3 years now and i know i need help i just dont know what to do cause i dont want my
parents to find out. what do i do?

First of all, please know that you're not alone and that your friends and family, and others care about you. I urge you to go to your family and seek professional help! If you think no one from your family will support you, then go to a teacher or best friend. YOU DON'T HAVE TO SUFFER ALONE! If you don't want your parents knowing, what are the consequences of that? It might get worse and you might end up hurting yourself more.
Everyone has a right to live with a purpose, you have a purpose! You may not know what that is yet but you do have one. Please for the sake of your future, go to your family! They will love you no matter what even if they don't like the idea. You will be in my prayers!
