i am sure i broke my toe!!! i am really clumsy so iam always banging it into everything! now im in severe pain..can anyone help

Ouch! I feel your pain. I have broken several toes, one more than once.
You can elevate and ice it, and take some pain killers. You can see your doctor or go the the ER, but I don't know how you can immobilize a toe and still walk. Maybe times have changed, but I have been repeatedly told to just go home and put my foot up.
Last time I bought soft canvas shoes and slit the top open over my sore toe. It took almost a year before I could wear enclosed shoes comfortably again.
