I need answers from either a doctor or a nurse about my throat problems. Everybody keeps telling me different?

I am 16 years old. And i have had problems with my ears and throat since i was about 5. I am staying with my grandmother for a month and have no way to pay for prescriptions right now. I feel fine throughout the day but about 7am-10am i get very bad pains in my throat ,and it causes pain through my ears and it also causes very bad headaches (sometimes i cant stand up for several hours). After about 10am- 10:30 am the pain quits. Then it starts again about 7pm and doesn't quit until about 3am. I haven't been able to eat anything in two days and all i can drink is VERY cold water or coffee. I have tried salt water, allergy medicine, and i brush my teeth regularly throughout the day and use listerine also but nothing seems to help. I have also already had strep throat 2 times this year but this hurts SOOO much worst. Is there any thing to get rid of it atleast enough to where i can talk and eat again???

You need to bite the bullet and go see an Ears Nose and Throat specialist.
