Thoughts on chiropractic care?
About 2 months ago, i got a severe kneck pain that spread into my shoulders and upper back....that never really went away. I'm fairly young (32) and never had problems before, so this really came out of the blue - and I'm dealing with this awful pain everyday since. I wake up in pain, and It feels like i have really limited mobility in my neck and the upper part of my spine is killing me. I guess my question here is what other people's experience has been with this similar pain, because i don't know what to do! I tried a couple of sessions of RMT, which didn't work - and I feel really uneasy about going to see a chiropractor. Maybe this is unjustified? Does anyone have first hand experience going to a chiropractor - good or bad?
