What can be the reason for awkard stomach pains upon my awake?
Pains perhaps in the muscles, and I think they are not pains of hunger. Normally people have back pains, stomach pains are rare. What are your thoughts?

You be doing ab work during the day which can cause your muscle to hurt. I was thinking also you may have built up hidden anxiety that comes out when you sleep. Maybe you're squeezing your stomach when you sleep, and this can cause pain. Maybe also you have gas pains. Sometimes people have gas which can feel like you're going to explode. To solve this problem, try taking an anti-gas medication before you go to bed, as well as work on relaxing before you go to bed. Hope you feel better and good luck!
