Spider Bite?!

Spider Bite?
I am looking at my 3 year olds leg and she has a large red bump on it.. it is about the size of a nickel.. I have seen spider bites before but this one looks much larger than normal. Should I bring her into the ER. or is there something I can do to treat it?? She doesn't seem to even notice that it's there.. any suggestions would help..thanks

It would probably help to know where you live. But if it doesn't seem to be bothering her then maybe you could wait a few days and just keep watching it to see if there are any changes. Could be a mosquito bite.
