Question:

1. Searing pain in the back of my right thigh when I walk normally or rest on right leg. 2. Knee goes CRRACK!

1. Started yesterday and I can't think of a cause. I did not sleep in any strange place/position or eat anything different. The pain is not in the muscle or flesh, but feels more internal. May be the bone. I've done my research, doesn't seem like nerve pain or sciatica.
2. This happens when I get up from a squatting position, but NOT when I'm lying down and I bend/straighten my leg. It is painless and only in the left knee and started at least a year ago. It's painless so it doesn't worry me much but it's very loud and I'm curious.

I'm 19 and not overweight.

Answers:

I think you might have something where your foot arches might need more support because my sisters have the same exact problem as you do and they have to wear special arch things in their tennis shoes. I forget what they are called.
