How do I stop myself eating too many sweets and biscuits apart from eating more !
Question:
How do I stop myself eating too many sweets and biscuits apart from eating more fruit which full of sugar too?
I do not have sugar in my tea, I need it in coffee but I do not drink coffee very often. I am not really a big sweet eater either but I do like chocolate in every solid form. No I am not Dawn French. My weight is not too high by appearance but it is according to the charts. I once had a total lack of appetite which made me seriously underweight and now get anxious if I can't eat for any length of time. There are other factors that have an impact on my difficlty controlling food intake to do with medication. I have to have it so thats an unchangeable influence causing fluid retention. Sorry to have got medical.

Make yourself a large salad, sticks of carrot, cheese-sticks,lettuce, tomato, sticks of cucumber, whatever else you feel like chucking in. I usually rub a bit of garlic into the bowl and then add the salad and a bit of whatever salad-dressing you like, i also add grapes and slices of apple. Chew on the when you just feel like chewing, helps me get over it. But i know what you mean, i also prefer eating chocolate, ohhh i love chocolate.:)))
