My back hurts!! im 13 is it normal for ur back to REALLY hurt?
my back hurts so back. like i cants sit down or lay or anything for long cus it hurts worse then.. ive found thta im alot less fleable lately too. y could this be?? i dont wanna take any medicine cus i anyways take alot of that for my migraines and head aches....... pleas eit hurts sooo bad!!

my question to u would be have u started ur period yet? if not u are at the age when u will start it soon and the back pain u are feeling may be back cramps associated with ur period. if they last for more that 2 weeks i would talk to my mom about it and see if she thinks u should see a doctor if they are not cramps.
