I am waiting to have an injection on my coccyx?
if this does not work then they may remove the end of the coccyx, what i am trying to find out is the pain around the lower part of my back and a feeling of a muscle spasm would these be because of my coccyx problem, would i be affected when i walk with a coccyx problem

I broke my coccyx at the time I was very, very pregnant by slipping over. Luckily my pergnant butt saved me!
It has caused severe lower back ache and spasm since. The pain will also cause you some nausea if the pain get's too high, such as sitting too long.
This seems to really agrevate the pain as when you sit the coccyx should sit perfectly natural on a hard surface. After it's been broken it is put out of alignment so when you sit, you are putting direct pressure on your spinal cord nerves.
Sitting may be a little more awkward for a little while after surgery, but it won't effect your walking except after sitting for an extended period of time. The same as it would now.
