Wrist pain with snapping and cracking?
A week ago yesterday I picked up a bag of potting soil and something in my wrist popped. Since then I have had increasingly worse pain and when I rub my wrist I can feel a popping.There is minimal swelling and no bruising. What do you think this is? Should I go to the doctor or wait and see if the pain goes away?

You could try "RICE" for a bit. If it does not improve, however, I would encourage you to see the doc. You might also want to try a mild anti-inflammatory/analgesic (e.g., aleve).
