Answers:

Persistent severe headache cld be a sign of dehydration. A person gets dehydrated by limited water intake or by taking much dehydrating substances like coffee, tea, sodas, chocolates and alcoholic beverages. When dehydration happens, the body releases much histamine. This stimulates the pain receptors in the nerves causing the pain sensation. Pain in here is a sign or warning to the body that the specific areas sensing the pain is going short of water. So what is the solution? Proper hydration. Proper hydration does not mean taking any fluid. It must be water...only water. The basic unit of our body, the cell, contains abt 70-80% water and not any fluid that we take. When the percentage of water decreases, the cell won't be able to function opimally. So the pain calls attention to this deficiency that when neglected, cld cause cell damage and therefore death.

To hydrate properly, follow this method: Dissolve 1/4 tsp of sea salt into 1 quart of water. Drink this as follows: Depending on how big U are, 16-24 ounces upon waking up in the morning, 8-16 ounces half hr before every meal, 8-16 ounces 2 and a half hrs after meals, 16-24 ounces at bedtime. After urination, replace the water lost with 8 ounces of water. Avoid the fluids mentioned earlier because they will cause U to lose much water from the body.

Take abt 350 mg of magnesium daily. This will help U keep the water inside the cells and also activates the production of cellular energy to make U more energetic. Magnesium is a good mineral to cure migraines too.

Hope this helps.
