I actually had to take it for a colonoscopy prep and let me tell you honey, it works, maybe too well. You don't need to take the whole thing, take it a little at a time because it's explosive and you will need to be near a bath room at all times. It will do the trick in cleaning out our intestines.
You might want to take a daily fiber tablet every day which will keep you regular. Fruits and veggies do that too but we never eat as much as we should.
