Hello everybody,my is why does my knee hurt after training, when i walk and in bed and what can i do?

If you are pounding your legs on a treadmill you should raise the incline and not run. walk. Make sure you give the joint a rest don't over work it until it's better. Also make sure your stretches before and after the exercise session. Particularly make an effort to build the muscles around the knee as this will help support it, and really concentrate at the end of your work out at stretching the muscles in your thighs as if these are very tight it will place pressure on the knee joint. Also cod liver oil supplement is not just a wives tale it does work after a month or two and glucosamin is another good supplement.
