How to control hands from shaking?
My hands will shake slightly whenever i hold them straight out, fingers extended any given moment of the day. The shaking gets worse after certain situations such as public speaking, after & sometimes before a fight, even during a good game of football on playstation 2 I've actually seen myself shake the controller and other intense moments. Are there any medications I can take to gain control of this or training I can do?

A beta blocker may help stop the shaking but you need to see your Doctor to make sure its ok for you to take a beta blocker.
