I am very tired this morning. I slept well last night. What should do?? My limbs!


Question:

I am very tired this morning. I slept well last night. What should do?? My limbs and arms feel weak...:(?

Going up the stairs is difficult.

Yesterday, I exercised for one hour continuosly (footbal). Could it be because of that? I usually exercise for 45 minutes everyday.

What should nI do to strenghten me??

1. Eat some protein. A lot of protein. It rebuilds your muscles and provides long-term energy.
2. Eat some carbohydrates. It provides quick energy.
3. Rest. Weight trainers recommend every other day weight training, but daily cardio.
4. Your endurance will go up the more you exercise.
5. Congratulations that you are exercising, you are really getting in shape!
