Can you help me get rid of my stomach pain.?!

Question: Can you help me get rid of my stomach pain.?
I'm 14 and i was in school the other day and we were doing the curl up test in gym. The test is where you follow a machine that counts and its basically to see how many sit ups you can do. When i take the test i usually stop at 30 this time i went to 42. The next 3 days i had stomach pains and i still do. I asked my mom what she thought was wrong and she said that my stomach muscles are probably sore. But i'm not sure because i have been moving my bowels alot. What do you think is wrong and can you help me.

Answers:

I did something like that in gym it takes like four days to get rid of

your mom is prob right. if you did not have any stomach pain prior to the muscle test, you have pulled your tummy muscles, especially if your bowels have been moving. if the pain is getting worse, then you should tell your mom that it is and you need to see the doctor. stomach pain can be so many things and some times it is really difficult to figure out what the cause is, so a visit to the doctor is a must.

Take some aspirin. And just drink lots of fluid. I recommend Pepsi.

In doing that you probably ended up with tight muscles in your back. The tight muscles can then press onto the nerves, as they leave the spine, going to the stomach to cause it to go into pain by releasing extra gastric acid into itself That would affect everything in your digestive tract to cause more bms for you. Freeing up your back muscles will get the pressure off the nerves so everything can go back to normal and here's how to free them up:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
