Question:

Is that the cause of my problem???

sat morning and sunday morning i had a bacon biscuit for breakfast.
( i normally dont eat breakfast, but i had to be at work at 6 so i figured i would eat, but i am nomally sleep at this hour)
sat i had water following the sandwich but this morning had mountain dew to try and prevent wat happened saturday, but now i am feelin indigestion or heartburn wat can i do please help??????????


Answers:

Eliminate the carbonated beverages and the bacon biscuit. First, the carbonated drink contains so much sodium and second your eating processed food that has an incredible amounts of preservatives and chemicals you can't even pronounce. Eliminate processed foods and eliminate prepared drinks and drink water only. How serious are you about feeling better? Try making your own breakfast sandwich sans the bacon. It will sit allot better.
