I pick at my eyebrows, my lips, and my hair and it has become a REALLY bad habit, any suggestions to help control my hands?

Answers:

Make up a punishment for everytime u do that ull want to stop cause of th epunishment

or
just put ur hands together and hold em and think about somethign elese
