Is this hives or sunburn?
i went to the water park and my mother in law said 'hey put on some sunscreen ' so i did.Now everywhere i put the **** is itching and tight and i can feel bumps coming at first i thought it was sunburn but now im thinking im allergic anyone know what to do

Sounds like an allergic reaction. I would consult my doctor and take the bottle of sunscreen with you.
