Whats quality in health ?

Do you find quality when you go to a health service centre like hospital, clinic etc. What do you think gov. should do/ implement more?


Answers:

I think the quality comes from the person giving the care. I have had experience of doc in a rush and I felt like fast food as well as doc sits down and talks to me and I felt human.
