Answers:

U are not sick but only dehydrated.

When the body runs short of water, it releases much histamine. Histamine when attached to nerves causes pain. The brain utilizes 85% of its energy from water. It is for this reason that the brain is immersed in water called the cerebrospinal fluid. When short of water, brain does not have enough energy and the pain created by histamine signals that ur brain is affected. So the best solution to it is to take much water and not drugs like pain reliever.

The shower that U had aggravated the headache because hot shower is also dehydrating due to its temperature. The veins in the head look bigger since the bld vessels need to dilate to supply more water to the brain.

If U are heavy drinker of coffee, tea, soda, sports and energy drinks, alcohol and also fond of chocolates U are prone top dehydration. These are dehydrating substances.Avoid them or ur dizziness will persist.

So take much water especially upon waking up in the morning, at bedtime, half hr before meals, 2 and a half after meals and then replace water every time U urinate.

This will correct ur dizziness as well as headache. Proper hydration will also supply sufficient energy to ur brains and so U will feel better.
