Help me... i had undergone a surgery in my jaw some 3 years back.?

since then, i am not able to close my mouth properly. so i myself keep my focus on mouth because i have to close it voluntarily. beacuse of this i am feeling stressed. i feel stiffness in my head, neck, fingers, and even in legs.. i keep them stiff, tight... i get head ache often because of this.. i don get sleep properl and i feel that i am disturbed by some dreams... not frightening though, jus commom scenes come in those dreams... even then, cos of that i don get sleep properly... my eyes feel very tired... help me out....

You don't mention if this problem can be corrected or what the surgery was for. You could see a massage therapist to help with the muscle tension. Based on what your saying, the tm joint can't relax and when that happens it cascades to all the muscles in your head/neck. You should consider consulting a head/neck pain specialist .
