I have really sore hips. What's wrong with me?

Hello. I have a lot of pain in both my hips. It's particularly noticeable when I stand up after sitting for a while or getting out of bed. After a few minutes walking it eases up but doesn;t disappear.

I'm an otherwise healthy, athletic 27-year-old man who plays sport. This started about 3 weeks ago and shows no sign of letting up.

Maybe its all the hula hooping you've been doing. swing them hips bad boy.
