i dont know whats wrong with me, i have been taking painkillers for the pain .

Most possibly anemia, if u've also been getting palpitations (awareness of one's own heart beats). But a lot also depends upon ur gender and age. Other possibilty is hyperthyroidism (if u feel hungry a lot, hot, sweat a lot, and have lost lot of weight in recent times). Or it could be because of depression or lack of sleep.
