How can I walk without having pain in my legs ?!

Question:

How can I walk without having pain in my legs ?

Answers:

Yes, frikkiebots is right. U need to get it diagnosed first. Also, it'd be better to know ur age.

If it's pain in ur calves ( the back of ur legs, where u feel a fleshy mass), which begins just after when u start walking and gets relieved after stopping, it could be a condition called "intermittent claudication", which is because of partial bloackage of arteries supplying blood to these muscles. But, it is unlikely to occur before an age of years (except for if u have been smoking for a long time). This condition--u should take seriously 'cuz if ignored for long, u may have to amputate
some part of ur lower limb, like toes, etc.

If it's pain in knees or heels, it could be because u might not be walking properly (dropping ur feet too heavily on the ground or stretching ur front leg too long in ur stride), or u might be wearing a very hard-soled footwear. Try wearing sports shoes.

It could also be becaue of some condition like long-standing diabetes (see if u have a family history), or because of vitamin B deficiency.

Also, it could be becasue of something simple like dehydration because of excessive sweating (actually which leads to loss of sodium). So, whenever u take a long or brisk walk, make sure u eat something light about that time, like biscuit, or someting or have some sport drink.

Hope all this helps. Bye. TC.
