How is the best way to take out my contact lenses?
i just had them, they showed me but i still struggle
Answers:
(If youre right handed) Use your left thumb and forefinger pincered to hold open your eyelids and look straight ahead. Then use your right thumb and forefinger to lightly "pinch" the lens off your eye (don't blink!)
Or, use your right forefinger to dab the front of the lens while you look down and it might just come straight off on your fingertip.
Whatever works for you, but it does take time to get used to them so don't get frustrated.
