Dont think you can die from gall bladder pains, its normally stones in the gall bladder that cause the probs, depends where you are having pains as if its the gall bladder, go to the doctors and if he/she suspects gall stones they will send you to have a scan to find out, if it is they will either do key hole surgery to remove the stones or in my case remove the gall bladder, but do go and get it checked out, hope this helps x
