Question:

Is there any way to help heal cuts/grazes on hands and knees more quicker, so i hold my tennis racquet.?

the cuts are on the bottom of my hands and all around my knees.
it happened whilst playing tennis whilst i was chasing a low-ball from far away and as i hit it, my foot stepped on a stone and i tripped and instinctively saved my head smashing against the hard concrete by using my hands and knees to push myself around . I know... i know too much info.


is there any bandages or plasters that can hold on and not com off whilst i play tennis. any product that maybe available in british pharmacy?

This may sound weird, but try creams that work on diaper rash. They are very moisture-rich and designed to heal and relieve discomfort quickly, so you may find that they heal your abraisions a lot quicker than most other creams.

Try applying the cream at night as the last thing you do before heading to bed. Wear a pair of tight-fighting gloves over top and sleep with them on. This will help the cream to soak in more rapidly and stay at the source of the wound.
