How long does stiffness in foot last after cast/boot removal?!

How long does stiffness in foot last after cast/boot removal?

I just got out of a boot and wearing my shoe, currently in therapy. How long does the stiffness and pain last when I move my foot? My doctors wont give me an exact answer, rather they say "it varies". How long does the stiffness and pain last of my foot when I move it last?

My question isn't how I should be walking and stuff, its how long does the stiffness last.

The reason that your doctors won't give you an exact answer is that there isn't one.Some people will regain their ROM (range of motion) more quickly other.Now,the more you move it around and ice/heat it,the more quickly your ROM will improve.
