How long will the pain last?

For the past week and a half I have had severe pain on the right side of my lower back, along the waist, before the buttocks begin. I've tried everything Tylenol, heat, ice, a massager, nothing seems to help, so I've just gone about my daily routine and a week later it hurts worse then when it first began, and today its been hard to walk.

Does anyone know what the problem is and when it might finally heal? I don't have insurance, so I can't afford to go to the doctors or chiropractor. And I'm also a male, I say that because I've heard of women having pains such as this and being told its due to PMS.

I don't know what it is. Could be kidney stones or other internal organ problems. I do know you need health insurance. Let this be a lesson to you. What if this is serious? Go tomorrow and get health insurance. Your life could really deepened on it. Don't be stupid!
