SICK. My throat has been killing me for about 3 days now please help!!?
Okay.
I don't have a fever.. body is achy and my throat is KILLING ME.
I have been taking ibprofen. I despise going to the docters, but it may be my only choice...
Any advice would be great, thanks.

To get rid of the sore throat, drink some tea with honey OR lemon it in it. Honey and Lemon both are great soothers for the throat. To add extra boost start taking some vitamins. Start with a Multi-Vitamin and a Vitamin C to start with if you dont' alread. TAKE THESE EVERYDAY to keep from getting sick. While you are sick, take some zinc which will speed up the length of the cold. Finally REST. The best thing you can do is flush it out with water and sleep. Make sure you are getting at least the reccommended 8 hours of sleep a day, but with a cold you may need more to kick it.
