constant pain in lower right abdomen?!

Question: Constant pain in lower right abdomen?
for a while now i have had a dull pain in my lower right abdomen right near my appendix and missed periods. the pain is not severe and i have no other symptoms, but im worried that something is wrong. any ideas of what it might be?

Answers:

I doubt it's your appendix, it sounds like something could be going on with your right ovary, twisting or a cyst. I've had similar problems and it only got worse as time went on and I kept missing periods. You should go to your doctor and have that checked out right away, a simple ultrasound will confirm. The earlier they catch it, the better off you will be in the long run.

Suffering from cysts on my ovaries and irregular periods.

You can have tight muscles in your back causing both of those problems. Tight back muscles can press onto the nerves, as they leave the spine, going to the organs to make them act up or go into pain. Pressure on the nerves to your ovaries can cause pain and block messages to and from the brain to cause skipped periods. There can be pressure on the nerves to the uterus or bladder to cause pains in that area as well. Freeing up your back muscles should get rid of the pains for you and here's how to free them up:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

You should use Tramadol, it is the best about it you can get information from here http://heansmd61.notlong.com/AAmPD0F
