Has anyone used any stop snoring product that worked?

My boyfriend uses this thing that is clear and as two small magnets in it. It goes in the middle of your nose (think of a bull nose ring, only it is clear and fits snuggly on your nose). It helps the problam a lot, but he still snores a little, just not as loud and not as frequent. He tried the strips that go on top of your nose and those didn't help at all. Good luck, and if you find something that 100% works, let me know!
