This was really dumb of me but i was going down a hill with no shoes on a scooter and the brake burnt my foot cause of friction so i had nothing to do so i jumped off of it and flipped and everything. So then my wrist hurt really bad but it wasn't broken just bruised do you know how long it will take to be healed?

Did you go to see a doctor? I would, just in case something is wrong and you don't realize it. That sounds like quite the fall.
